An existing Taipei apartment whose owner — drawn to English boutique aesthetics, having spent time in London — wanted a comprehensive renovation that captured high-end English elegance without losing the spatial efficiency a Taipei apartment demands.
Our Approach
Our team began with complete structural and interior renovation, reconfiguring the floor plan to maximize usable footprint while strictly adhering to classic English architectural proportions and symmetry. Custom-crafted wainscoting, crown molding, and classic millwork details were specified throughout — each profile chosen to honor English traditional vocabulary while sitting comfortably in a contemporary Taipei context. Full infrastructure updates — plumbing, electrical rewiring — were executed in parallel to bring the older unit up to modern standards.
