Taiwan Jury Association Headquarters | Professional Office Interior

Background
A non-profit organization's headquarters office — needing a single floor plate to serve dual contradictory purposes: a warm, welcoming reception for the public and donors, plus secure, soundproof meeting spaces for confidential board sessions and case work.
Our Approach
Our team applied the principles of transparent openness and confidential privacy as twin design constraints. We zoned the floor plate so public reception, casual visitor areas, and executive offices occupy distinct circulation paths that never cross. High-grade acoustic treatments — wall assemblies, ceiling baffles, and door seals — were specified for every conference room to guarantee confidentiality. All surface finishes were selected to communicate organizational professionalism while staying within the operating budget non-profits actually have.
Highlights
- Conference rooms equipped with high-grade soundproofing engineered for confidential meetings
- Zoned circulation design separating public reception from executive offices and case-work areas
- Commercial-grade surface materials chosen for long-term durability and professional finish
- Accessible design incorporated throughout for visitors with mobility needs
For Whom
Suited for non-profit directors, NGO leadership, and professional associations planning a headquarters fit-out in Taipei. Especially relevant for organizations that need to balance an inviting public face with serious confidential work — and want a commercial office design that signals competence without overspending.
